Fish mainly southern rivers - Dorset Stour, Kennet, Hampshire Avon and my local rivers Rother and Arun. Have managed to get doubles from each of them, plus one from the Wye on an all too brief holiday. PB is a 14-3 from the Rother caught in February 2008. BCC member.

Born-again fisherman - returned about a dozen years ago because of persistent son who nagged and nagged until I relented and took him to local canal. He gave up some years ago, ending on a high after catching his first barbel (9 lb), when women came on the scene, leaving me to fish in splendid isolation for a while. Now he's fishing again, looking for his first double.
